Great location and friendly staff
Loved the friendly staff who made us feel at home! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the riverwalk. Rooms were comfy, nice renovations, and we even had 24-hour front desk service. Only issue was the towels could’ve been a bit softer. a solid choice for a trip!

Fairly clean place with downtown views and top-class staff. A good choice of food at the breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, and butter. Reasonably large and updated rooms, fairly clean bathroom.

The place is clean with downtown views and has a fantastic and absolutely perfect room. the staff are great and approachable. There is a wide array of appetizing food available. the location is incredible, close to Lulu's Bakery, bars, and shops. Check-in is very quick, and the service is incredible. It's always a great stay.

horrible smell of smoke in the room and the bed sheets. much noise from major road outside. breakfast consisted of juice and cookies. Internet just available in some rooms.

The staff here was really nice and always available when needed. the location is awesome, just steps away from bars, restaurants, and even the AT&T center. Plus, it's close to downtown which makes it super convenient to explore the city. 🌟.

The hotel provided great prices. The staff was helpful, the room was spotless with a king bed, everything was great! The location was marvellous for me, near downtown. I tried some drinks at bar Armadillo's, located 5 minutes walk away.

Was on the city bus route to tour downtown, conveniently located to get around in sa. Bed was comfortable
The continental breakfast was not very healthy. Room was tight, no extra chair to speak of.

The hotel is in a central setting around the river walk. the room is good-sized and nice looking. the bathroom is nice looking. the views of the downtown are beautiful.

We loved being next to Lulu's! The food is great! We took the Reflections tour. It was convenient for the tour bus to pick us up and drop us off. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.
The water ran in the bathtub all the time. I tried to turn it off, but it always had a trickle.

I truly enjoyed my room - reasonably large and recently renovated with 2 beds. the venue was set in a central position really close to the bars/restaurants up North Main Ave.
